Miss Illinois Latina 2010 - Cynthia Jaramillo
Cynthia Jaramillo, Miss Illinois Latina placed top 10 in Miss US Latina Pageant this summer in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It is reported that she will be the state director for Miss Illinois Latina.
