Before the culmination of Miss Universe 2010, many pageant fans all over the world were anticipating if Venezuela could achieve a 3peat. Many were positive that Marelisa wont be able to do that but there were few who believed that it would happen.Venezuela failed as Marelisa was totally excluded from the semifinals!
But many didn't notice that we can still consider Jimena's victory a 3peat - a 3peat for Latin America! Yes, Latinas proved it once again that they are the most superior when it is all about Miss Universe. Even if the Top 15 was dominated by the Europeans, at the end, a Latina emerged victorious.
